ART REMEDY WORKSHOP DESIGN

  • Utilizing journaling, guided visualization, and eco-art activities for accessing inner guidance and wisdom

  • Incorporates story and experience to create“art remedies”

  • Engaging in problem-solving and exploring perspectives through art/nature experiences and collaborative creative activities

  • Exploring various artistic mediums including textile design, eco-dyeing and printing, craft-making, sewing, collage and art journaling

  • Using Organic and Recycled materials when possible

  • Utilizing Wisdom Circles Tools to explore your designs to create a road map for deep self and community learning

ECO-ART THERAPY + CREATIVITY COACHING HUI

4-6 week online courses offered to the community. Courses include, "Creative Fulfillment" + "Building Healthy Community Infrastructure". Art + nature + journaling + meditation + community sharing. Supports participants in uncovering their personal creative cycle, and how they are inspired to create in the world. Explores natural law and frameworks in our work and life. Small group setting. 

MORNING CREATIVE ACTIVATION

A healthy habits circle to cultivate a regular creative practice. Short 15 minute group calls every day following one malama/moon cycle together(approx 30 days). Focusing on creative activation of our vision + purpose and releasing blocks and old energy to reaching our creative fulfillment. Expressive art-making engages our senses for brain + body connection bringing further embodiment to our creative dreams. Open to adults + youth + all skill levels. Sliding Scale payment options.

Art Remedy workshops are a blend of eco-art therapy, journaling, textile art, guided meditation and community conversation. Past workshops include Doll-making, Energy Mapping, Story quilts, & Power Adorments. Workshops can include collaborations with guest teachers & healers. Ask about workshops for youth and intergenerational groups. Community and non-profit services available for underserved women, youth, trans and nonbinary folx.

CHILD'S PLAY WORKSHOP

Eco-Art Workshops for children & youth that activate the imagination through play and creativity. Activities incorporate craft making, art, and nature exploration to stimulate wonder in all ages. We use paints, found objects, organic & recucled materials where possible. Contact us for upcoming events and workshops. We also invite you to gather a group to create your own customizable workshop(s).
